How fast is delivery?

Orders placed before 6 PM are delivered the same day within our serviceable Delhi NCR pincodes. Later orders arrive the next morning.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is free on orders of ₹499 or more. Below that, a ₹49 delivery fee applies (shown clearly in your cart before you pay).

Which areas do you deliver to?

Why do some medicines need a prescription?

Medicines under Schedule H and H1 of Indian drug rules legally require a valid doctor's prescription. Our registered pharmacist verifies every prescription before dispatch.

How do I upload a prescription?

Use the Upload Rx button (bottom bar on mobile) or the banner on the home page. You can also attach it in your cart when an item needs one. JPG, PNG, or PDF up to 5MB.

What if my prescription is rejected?

Accepted Answer

Usually this is because the photo is blurry or the date is older than 6 months. We'll tell you the exact reason and you can re-upload a corrected file.

Can I return medicines?

Accepted Answer

Medicines cannot be returned once delivered, except when the item is damaged, incorrect, or near expiry on arrival — in those cases we replace or refund in full. Wellness and personal-care items can be returned unopened within 7 days.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking, and cash on delivery (₹30 handling fee for COD).

When do refunds arrive?

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
