About us

M.A Pharmacy is a licensed retail pharmacy. Products are sold from our licensed premises and delivered to serviceable addresses.

Prescription medicines

Medicines marked as prescription-only are dispensed against a valid prescription from a registered medical practitioner. We may contact you or your doctor to verify it, and we may decline an order where the prescription is unclear, expired, or does not match the item ordered.

Pricing

Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The MRP shown is the manufacturer's maximum retail price. We try to keep pricing accurate, but where an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch rather than fulfil the order.

Orders and cancellation

An order is confirmed once payment is authorised and, for prescription items, once the prescription is verified. You may cancel before dispatch. We may cancel an order that fails verification, and any payment taken is refunded in full.
