Return & Refund Policy

What can be returned depends on the product, because medicines carry safety rules that other goods do not.

Medicines

For safety reasons, medicines cannot be returned once delivered, except where the item is damaged, has an expiry shorter than promised, or is not what you ordered. Report any of these within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and batch details.

Wellness, personal care & devices

Unopened items with intact packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Devices with a manufacturer warranty are handled under that warranty once the return window closes.

How to request a return

Raise the request from your order page or through the contact page, with your order number and photographs where relevant. We arrange pickup for eligible returns.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of the returned item reaching us. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to details you confirm with us.
