Delivery areas

We deliver across serviceable Delhi NCR pincodes. Enter your pincode on any product page to check before you order.

Delivery timelines

• Same-day for orders placed before 4 PM in core serviceable areas.
• Next day for orders placed later, or for outlying pincodes.
• Prescription orders start their delivery clock once a pharmacist has verified the prescription.

Cold-chain items such as insulin ship in validated packaging and may follow a separate schedule.

Fees

Delivery is free above the order value shown at checkout. Below it, a flat delivery fee applies and is displayed before you pay.

Failed deliveries

If nobody is available, our partner attempts delivery again the next working day. After two failed attempts the order returns to us and is refunded, less any delivery fee already incurred.
